Package changelogs

To view the changelog for the latest version of a particular source package, go to http:///packagename

Please note that this facility currently only works for packages in main.

If you want a plain text changelog as opposed to the marked up version that is now returned (for example, for program input) just ensure that you set an Accepts: header that doesn't contain text/html and you'll get text/plain output (without any markup).
